MARISCAL Ms. Mariscal is an environmental and occupational health and safety professional with extensive experience. She has consulted for corporate and government clients in the United States and Mexico in the areas of environmental compliance, risk assessment, hazardous waste, and occupational safety and health. Ms. Mariscal is a former inspector with the San Diego County Department of Agriculture Weights and Measures and an accomplished bilingual trainer. She is a member of the California Pest Control Advisor Association, San Diego Golf Course Superintendents Association, and the California Landscape Contractors Association.
